O logótipo

 

Os nossos alunos criaram um logótipo para identificar o projeto, porém o logótipo selecionado foi o da escola Bornova UGur Okullari na Turquia.

Module, Pattern and Perspective

 The students of Sernancelhe, during this time were carrying out works on module and pattern.

In this work, the students learned to make patterns using the concepts of symmetry, translation and rotation.

Finally, they applied their pattern to some photographs taken on the way to Sernancelhe. In this phase they took into account the perspective concepts.

Mascot

 During this week the students of Sernancelhe worked hard to create the mascot for this project. They divided into groups: some students did the study of the drawing, others did the work in a vector program (corel draw) and others made the calculations to find the areas, perimeters and volumes, needed to build the mascot.

This was the route that Sernancelhe's students Took to take pictures of the geometry found.

The students are marking the geometry found in the images.

Then they will cut out the geometric shapes found and reconstruct the image with these pieces.

Sobre o Projeto

 A vida no planeta Terra necessita de um recurso natural indispensável: a água. Esta, por ser um recurso natural único, é fundamental à sobrevivência do ser humano e dos ecossistemas no nosso planeta. Durante muito tempo, pensou-se que a água era um elemento infinito, por haver em abundância na Natureza.

Este projeto surgiu pela necessidade, como professores e educadores, de levar os futuros cidadãos (alunos) a tomarem consciência da importância da água e de como esta tem sido maltratada por todos nós. O desperdício e o aumento da procura deste recurso, transformou-se num problema que exige a atenção de todos, uma vez que a água doce no nosso planeta decresce. É necessário repensarmos como a devemos usar no nosso dia-a-dia (higiene pessoal, alimentação, rega e limpeza, indústria e agricultura), tendo sempre presente a noção do seu valor inigualável.
